I go to Lefkada every year. It is by far the best villa. It has the best sunset. It is next to the city, close to all the beaches (not that you need) and has the best owner. Mr. Diamantis, thank you for everything, we will definitely see you again!

I traveled here with my family and 2 poodles. Great villa, breathtaking views of the sea and sunset. The host was very friendly and helpful. We loved our holiday here. The location is perfect, it is quiet and you can enjoy the nature. Also pet friendly. Looking forward to coming back soon. 😊

We had an excellent stay at this luxury serene Dimosthene villa. The place is quiet, very modern, very clean and comfortable. The house is better than the pictures, very spacious, well maintained and properly equipped. Everything is quality and cosy, very comfortable beds. The host, mr Diamantis is very responsive and helpful. During one week herewith my family we felt like home. The access road is a bit steepy, but all the roads to Lefkada beaches are the same, but accessible.This place is one of the few accommodations from which I never wanted to leave home, the view when I woke up in the morning was out of this world. Highly recommend this place if you like a peaceful and quiet vacation. Looking forward to come back!

One of the most beautiful villas I have seen on the island since I go every year. The host is an amazing person and willing to serve you in whatever you ask for. The house and pool spotlessly clean with all amenities. In a perfect location, close to the center and a great view, especially to enjoy the sunset. ❤️

Excellent location and great view! The host one of the most welcoming I have met and always willing to help with anything! I highly recommend it and would love to go again. The villa inside provides everything and is very comfortable and functional. Thank you very much K.Diamantis!

A heavenly stay! A perfect and modern villa. The view of the sea is magnificent. The perfect calm to rest. We never tire of the view from the infinity pool and the same from the rooms with an incredible sunrise and sunset. A perfect vacation thanks to Diamantis and his team. A sense of service and incredible kindness. Towels and sheets are changed during the stay. Even better than a 5 star hotel. We hope to be able to come back next year. Thank you again for your welcome!

It’s really lovely and I regret leaving this review because Tsoukolades is being overcome with building and tourists. Traffic is a zoo and parking is terrible. This villa however has excellent parking, good security, and the pool is great! Book it far ahead of time because it will only get more popular and expensive.

A beautiful villa overlooking the sea with a beautiful view from all sides, 3 rooms, each room with a shower and toilet, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and an amazing pool overlooking the sea, a beautiful new apartment, cleaning service once every two days, excellent and excellent

The villa is simply breathtaking! It was very clean, modernly furnished, even more beautiful than the pictures and more than exceeded our expectations! The host is always helpful and very personable! He takes care of concerns directly and gives good tips for restaurants and bars! There is nothing we could complain about, the stay was 100/10. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who wants to have a nice, relaxing holiday! The view, the location, the villa, everything was great, thanks again for everything and we’ll definitely see each other again!!
